At Skin Studio, we value your time and ours. We strive to provide a pleasant experience and minimize wait times for all our clients. To respect all of Skin Studio's clients, we kindly request that you arrive to your appointment on time. We cannot guarantee appointments for late arrivals. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened or rescheduled session to maintain the quality of our services.  

Skin Studio does not permit online rescheduling or cancellations within 48 hours of your appointment. "No shows" and cancellations less than 48 hours will incur a $100 fee. 

A credit card on file is required for all bookings, and you will be charged for no-shows or late cancellations. Same-day or next day appointments are considered confirmed and cannot be cancelled to comply with our 48-hour cancellation policy.These appointments will be required to be paid at time of booking.

Skin Studio accepts Debit, MasterCard, Visa, American Express, E-transfer, and Cash. A credit card on file is required for all bookings. Prices are subject to change without notice, and published prices do not include sales tax. We do not offer refunds on services rendered.

Any package purchased is final sale.
