Chemical Peels are an exfoliating treatment used to improve the tone and texture of the skin. Chemical peels are a popular non-surgical cosmetic service where a chemical solution is applied to the skin to peel away the skin’s top layer. The solution is chosen according individual needs and include AHA’s or BHA’s. A chemical peel can be used to diminish the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, reduce pore size and congestion, and increase hydration. It will give your skin a smoother appearance and diminish the appearance of hyper-pigmentation (brown spots).
Multiple Layers of product can be applied based on your individual skin assessment. In order to maintain optimal results, 3-6 treatments are recommended, each a minimum of 2 weeks apart. During the treatment you may experience some tingling and redness. The redness can last for a couple hours and you may experience some peeling for up to 5 days. Generally performed on the face but can be done on the hands and neck. You will be left with radiant and luminous skin!
We currently offer Alumier and Glymed Plus chemical peels. Alumier uses clean chemistry with corrective percentages and medical grade ingredients to target multiple skin conditions.
The glow peel combines 7% lactic acid, 7% salicylic acid and 7% resorcinol making it our most aggressive peel. It uses a brightening and resurfacing solution that exfoliates dead skin cells and stimulates skin cell renewal. The glow peel is effective in minimizing the appearance of fine lines, wrinkles, mild acne, and hyperpigmentation issues like age spots, discolouration and uneven skin tone.

Salicylic acid is one of the most effective ways to control acne and oily skin. We offer BHA peels that contain 20%-30% salicylic acid, which can penetrate deep into pores and assist with exfoliation. This resurfacing peel both reduces the sign of acne, helps correct skin discolouration and prevent new pimples from forming. Other benefits include reduction in redness, inflammation and oil production.
This treatment is suitable for acniec, oily or combination skin.

The red carpet peel utilizes a chemical peel containing 30% lactic acid called Renew 30. This peel decreases visible signs of aging and hyperpigmentation. It will work to exfoliate dead skin cells and boost cell turnover to improve your overall skin tone and texture. This multifunctional peel targets multiple skin conditions including fine lines and wrinkles, sun damage and large pores.
The treatment begins with a gentle but effective fruit enzyme retexturizing mask to prep the skin, allowing the Renew 30 peel to penetrate deeper. Once the peel is removed, it is followed by an oil free hydrating mask that enhances the skins‘ ability to retain moisture. The hydrating mask infuses the skin without weight or heaviness making it ideal for all skin types.

This is our most gentle peel and a great choice for first timers or clients with sensitive skin.

Any chemical peel can be combined with a microdermabrasion. Microdermabrasion is preformed prior to your chemical peel.
Its’ mild abrasive effects removes the top layer of dead skin cells and allows the chemical peel to penetrate deeper into the skin, giving you improved results.
