To make it simple, BodyFX is noninvasive treatments that delivers radiofrequency (RF) energy to achieve body contouring and cellulite reduction. BodyFX disperses heat deep into the tissue. Negative pressure (suction) is used to attach skin to the RF electrodes to create uniform heating. This combination treatment causes the skin and fatty tissue to heat and contract, giving you the contoured body you’ve always wanted. BodyFX is a relatively comfortable procedure. You can expect a warming of the skin and a pulling sensation due to the vacuum.
It is recommended that weekly sessions are performed over an 8 week period.
If needed we can perform “mega sessions” where we combine two treatments in one session.
There is no downtime associated with this treatment, which means you can go straight back to your regular activities.
You can expect some slight redness to the treatment area, which will resolve in a couple hours.
