LATE POLICY
Our clinic aims to make your visit a pleasant one. In our efforts to make your visit more comfortable and to minimize your wait time, our office has implemented a late arrival policy. If a client is more than 15 minutes late for an appointment, the appointment may need to be rescheduled. We cannot guarantee appointments for late arrivals. A late arrival will receive an extension of scheduled service only if it is available.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Please note, Skin Studio does not allow online rescheduling or cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment. We understand emergencies happen and ask that if you need to cancel an appointment with less than 24 hours notice you call the clinic directly. “No shows” and repetitive cancellations will be charged a $50 cancellation fee at the clinics discretion. Clients may also be required to hold future appointments with a Visa or Mastercard that will be charged in the event of another no-show or late cancellation. Appointments booked on the same day are considered confirmed and the appointment slot cannot be cancelled, to adhere to our 24 hour cancellation policy. Please communicate with Skin Studio with regards to your appointment needs. We do strive and intend to cater to you!
PAYMENT OF SERVICES
Skin Studio accepts MasterCard, Visa, American Express, E-transfer & Cash. We do not currently accept Debit at this time. Prices are subject to change without notice. We do not offer refunds on services rendered. Published prices do not include sales tax.
GIFT CERTIFICATES
Skin Studio gift certificates do not expire.
PRIVACY AND SECURITY
We do not sell, nor do we give out any type of information about any client in any form or fashion especially personal information about you.
